Chillies is situated in New Cavendish Street, London. Working with designers Bluecrow undertook the strip out, refurbishment and new fit out of an existing Indian restaurant to create a modern Tandoori.
The central feature is the new reclaimed pine boards to the walls and new ceiling which coupled with the new ethnic floor tiles and timber create an original contemporary Tandoori.
Complete refurbishment of this popular Turkish restaurant a stone’s throw away from Liverpool street station. The project involved a detailed re-design with major alterations to the bar, ceiling and services. The kitchen had an extensive overhaul while the front of house aquired a completely new look. All completed by Bluecrow while the restaurant traded during the week!
Salon shopfitting in Covent Garden for Andrew Barton’s first hair salon. The shop in Henrietta Street required a full salon shopfitting service from strip out to complete interior design and fit out. Forty Five Deli Bar & Grill was formerly a fine dining restaurant with adjoining reception room. Bluecrow were approached to assist in carrying out major changes which involved business re-branding, restaurant design, shopfitting and overall project management, in close collaboration with the owner.
The brief was to change the restaurant concept from fine dining to Brasserie and bar in order to provide an all-day menu. The adjoining reception room was converted into a delicatessen.
New customer living room and commissioning area at Bentley Motors headquarters. As part of their factory visit, Bentley customers can now enjoy the relaxed surroundings of the private customer living room which reflects the heritage, refinement and attention to detail of the brand. European brand leader Party Fiesta S.A. chose the new Westfield Shopping Centre on the Olympic Park at Stratford, London to open there first UK party products retail outlet.
As Westfield nominated shopfitters Bluecrow carried out the interior fit out of this 240m2 store, working with Party Fiesta and the designers to help create this unique shopping experience.
Restaurant fit out of the new Sardo Cucina at Grafton Way, London.
The owners recently acquired the property adjacent to the Sardo restaurant and Bluecrow have transformed the premises into an Italian delicatessen catering for both retail and dining customers.
Bluecrow finished this restaurant shop fit in November and since opening its doors Granger & Co has proved to be extremely popular. Bill Granger opened his first restaurant, bills, in Sydney Australia at the age of 22and now has three restaurants in Sydney and three in Japan.
Bluecrow were delighted to be the chosen restaurant shopfitters and wish Bill and his team every success with their first British venture.
Working closely with Italian clients on their first project abroad, Bluecrow were commissioned to provide design layout, build and project management to help create this corner of Tuscany in the heart of Soho.
Bluecrow Projects were approached by the owners Antonio and Christina to create Rosita – a restaurant and bar specialising in sherry & tapas on the Northcote Road in Battersea. Their sister restaurant is the successful Lola Roja just a little further down Northcote Road.
The interior of the restaurant is authentic and contemporary with artwork commissioned by Spanish artist Marc Jesus who lives in Menorca.
Complete strip out of all existing services, introduction of structural members to facilitate a more open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. Complete new heating, plumbing and electrical services installed. Manufacture and installation of bespoke kitchen and interior joinery.
All Project Managed and executed on time and to budget by Bluecrow Projects.
Bluecrow shopfitters produced a quality interior fit out of a new high class London showroom for Chantelle’s Passionata range of lingerie. The shopfitting incorporated a new lighting scheme, high quality curtain screens, upholstered curved chaise-longue and bespoke Passionata display joinery.

Restaurant refurbishment work took place on both the front of house Trattoria and Dining Room restaurants.
The extensive face lift included major, back of house, works to kitchens on the ground and basement floors, which had to be coordinated with catering contractors during this busy period.
The Henley store is the final evolution in the new Maison Blanc brand concept offering the very best in the authentic Boulangerie, Pâtisserie & Chocolaterie experience. The shop is set over three floors, which required a complete strip out and re-fit including all new mechanical and electrical services.
Design and build project to transform a derelict country pub into a traditional inn with up market 90 seat restaurant and bar area. Working with the clients we managed the project from concept design through to completion, which included back of house kitchen and first floor accommodation.
Bluecrow have just completed phase two of the Fish & Grill restaurant in Putney with the addition of a basement Jazz bar.
The Jazz bar complements the ground floor restaurant which continues to be a popular destination for local residents and customers from further afield.

Recently completed restaurant refurbishment of the famous Brighton vegetarian eatery.
Set within the historic North Lanes of Brighton this popular restaurant represents a comprehensive fit out including air conditioning, electrical systems, new bar & associated joinery, decoration, complete new customer toilets and banquette seats. Restaurant shop fit completed on time and to budget.
Refurbishment of the award-winning Spice Merchant Indian Restaurant in Henley-on-Thames.
The interior has been completely redecorated with re-upholstered fixed seating and new curved freestanding booth seating. A new wooden staircase with bevelled mirror balustrade has been added to gain access to the rear of the property from the restaurant.
Retail fit out of the Italian Delicatessen, La Bottega, on the Old Brompton Road, London. The shop required a complete shopfitting refurbishment both on the ground floor and in the basement. All surfaces have been remodelled and with the addition of new refrigerated display counters the Deli is ready to serve its speciality foods and Mediterranean dishes.
